World of Hyatt has announced details of its Fall 2022 promotion. “Bonus Journeys” will run from September 15 – December 20, 2022.
World of Hyatt members can earn:
- 2x World of Hyatt points on qualifying stays of two or more nights at all WoH properties
- 2x World of Hyatt elite nights on stays of any length, but only at 65+ Inclusive Collection resorts

Is the Promotion Lucrative?
World of Hyatt members earn 5 base points per dollar spent at Hyatt properties, so with this promotion you would earn an extra 5x points per dollar spent. Since I value Hyatt points at 1.7 cents each, that works out to an additional 8.5% rebate.
If you pay with a Hyatt co-branded credit card, you would earn another 4 points per dollar spent. With elite bonuses on top on your base and promotion point earning, you can come close to a 25% rebate!
If you are interested in earning or renewing elite status with World of Hyatt, the double elite night promotion will come in very handy. For many people, the only relevant status is Globalist – requiring 60 nights per calendar year. Bottom Line
This promotion is good, not great. Nonetheless, it is a helpful incentive, especially for those trying to earn or renew their Hyatt elite status.
