You can earn 750 MileagePlus miles for registering and activating your MyPoints account, and then enjoying your membership for a minimum of 30 days. You can earn an additional 1,000 MileagePlus bonus award miles when your qualifying purchases total $25.00 during your first 30 days of membership shopping via the Internet with any MyPoints partner, including — but not limited to — eBay, Groupon and Walmart. Exclusions apply; and this offer is only available to people who are not yet members of MyPoints.

MyPoints is a loyalty program where you can earn points by such activities as purchasing items through many partner merchants; clicking on links in e-mail messages which you receive; clipping coupons and using them; participating in surveys; purchasing gift cards; searching for information on the Internet; and watching videos — and you can redeem those points for rewards through numerous merchants.

Join Opinion Miles Club

You can earn up to 600 MileagePlus miles today by joining Opinion Miles Club and completing a survey — but you must already be a MileagePlus card member or a Premier elite level status member who is a resident of the United States. If you are a resident of the United States who is not already a MileagePlus card member or a Premier elite level status member, you can earn at least 300 MileagePlus miles.

Keep your United Airlines MileagePlus miles from expiring by completing surveys and earning MileagePlus miles, as your MileagePlus miles will not expire if you are actively completing surveys. Generally, a survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes on average to complete.

Every MileagePlus mile which you earn will be deposited into your United Airlines MileagePlus frequent flier loyalty program account automatically for you.

Opinion Miles Club is a free Internet survey community which was created exclusively for members of the United Airlines MileagePlus frequent flier loyalty program. The surveys that you can participate in help major corporations around the world make important decisions regarding the products and services used daily by people all over the world.

When you sign up you will be asked to provide general information about yourself such as name, e-mail address and gender; and you will also be asked to provide additional information about yourself — such as address, date of birth, employment status, education level, and household income. This basic information allows Opinion Miles Club to provide you with survey opportunities which are appropriate for you.

Summary

Both options where you can earn up to 2,350 free MileagePlus miles have been around for a while — and there does not seem to be an expiration date with either option; although either offer could expire at any time. They are potentially good ways to keep your United Airlines MileagePlus frequent flier loyalty program account active and top it off; as well as extend the expiration date of your miles — regardless of how often you fly as a passenger on flights operated by United Airlines — if you do not mind giving out your personal information while completing surveys and doing other activities which could require a significant amount of your time in some cases.

If you are eligible for these offers, then you may want to consider taking advantage of them in the hopes that earning up to 2,350 free MileagePlus miles will be helpful for you — but if your time is limited and you are loathe to give out your personal information, you might be better off bypassing these offers.
