IHG One Rewards has released details of the chain-wide promotion that will run from February 9th until April 14th, 2023.

The promotion is not very lucrative. Members can earn 2,000 bonus points after every second paid night.

Nights do NOT need to be consecutive. You must, however, pay a cash rate that is $30 or higher. (no award nights or Points & Cash will coubt)

Bottom Line

I understand that hotel chains often feel like they must offer a promotion of some kind. But with 1,000 points per night being worth $5 at best, this promotion will not incentivize anybody to move anything other than the very cheapest stays to IHG.

But if you have some upcoming IHG stays, you will certainly want to register today.
