As usual, you must spend at least $30 on your room rate – directly booked with IHG – in order to have the night qualify for this promotion. Award nights and Points + Cash do NOT count.

Bottom Line

IHG One Rewards tends to make these offers when they are not planning on a longer, chain-wide promotion.

But clearly it is ludicrous to expect somebody to stay 15 nights – out of September’s 30 – essentially in exchange for 2,000 points per night. But if you have five nights planned, you should certainly try to register – even if you didn’t receive the email…
