Marriott’s attempt to compete with Airbnb – called Marriott Homes & Villas – is turning three years old. To celebrate, Marriott Homes & Villas is going to offer its most lucrative promotion yet.
Marriott Bonvoy members can earn 30,000 bonus points per stay. To qualify, you must:
- BOOK between May 16 – 18, 2022
- STAY at least 5 nights in the same property
- STAY between June 1 – December 31, 2022

Earning Marriott Points and Elite Night Credit
One of the attractions of Marriott Homes & Villas is that you can earn elite night credits for status purposes. Bonvoy members with elite status also earn a welcome bonus of:
- Ambassador, Titanium, Platinum: 1000 points
- Gold: 500 points
You also earn Marriott points on the paid rate – although you only earn 5 points per US dollar spent. (you earn 10 points at most hotel brands). The standard elite bonuses also apply (i.e. 50% for Platinum members, 75% for Titanium members).
Bottom Line
