What are the rates like?
Generally, very good. If you want to stay in London (note that the UK hasn’t opened up yet), I’d stick to using the Merlin sale page as it offers extra perks, but for the other destinations, it’s a potentially great deal.
The best thing is that no pre-payment is required and bookings can be cancelled for free up until 24 hours before the stay. That means you can make as many speculative bookings as you like without tying up any cash, and then decide nearer the time which ones you actually want to keep.

Bottom line
At all the examples I looked at, these are consistently the lowest (or joint lowest in London) rates available. The fact that there is no prepayment required means there is no risk – you can book and then cancel or rebook if you decide not to go, or if a better rate turns up nearer the time.
