Between now and May 14th, 2021, you can earn:

The easiest way to meet spending targets is to book a hotel stay via the shopping portal. You can book Marriott, IHG, Choice, Best Western, etc. though the AA shopping portal.
The question comes up occasionally, so I’ll be as clear as possible. When you use a cashback website or airline shopping portal to click through to a hotel chain website, you are definitely booking DIRECT and qualifying to earn points, elite status credit, etc.
