I recently wrote a post reminding readers to occasionally check Hyatt’s list of new hotels. Now, you have DOUBLE the reason to do so, at least between April 1st and June 30th, 2021.
To celebrate the opening of Hyatt’s 1,000th hotel, the new hotel bonus is increasing from 500 points per night to 1,000. The list changes regularly, as new hotels are added to the network (and some hotels age out of “new”). Since any hotels added before June 30th will also qualify for the 1,000 points per night – for nights stayed until June 30th – you will definitely want to regularly check the list for new entries.
There have been no changes in the last couple of weeks. So right now the list includes 28 hotels in the United States and 42 hotels worldwide. However 9 hotels are going to drop off of the list at the end of March, before the 1,000 point increase takes temporary effect.
You can find Hyatt’s list of new hotels – those that qualify for the offer and the dates in question – by clicking here.
It’s worth adding that these promotional points stack with whatever other chain-wide promotion that Hyatt is running. (1,000 points per night at the moment) And even award stays qualify…
Between this new hotel bonus and the chain-wide promotion, you could easily pick up $30-35 of value per night, even on award stays! So it’s definitely worth taking a peek at the list…
