South African Airways recently announced a new loyalty program partnership with JetBlue Airways, offering Voyager members expanded mileage earning opportunities across JetBlue’s network of routes in the U.S., the Caribbean and Latin America. The partnership also offers JetBlue Trueblue members the opportunity to earn TrueBlue points on SAA-operated flights.

The airlines plan to offer reciprocal award redemption opportunities beginning in the first quarter of 2015. The two airlines have been codeshare partners since 2010. South African Airlines operates flights daily between New York (JFK) and Johannesburg (JNB), as well as daily flights between Washington, D.C. (IAD) and Johannesburg.
