Le Club Accorhotels members can soon book online using their Le Club points. This is a new feature of the program. In the past, members received paper discount vouchers from the program–for 2,000 points you could choose between a 40 euros or $60 voucher to pay toward a hotel stay. With the new online feature, you can fully or partially pay for a stay with your points at the rate of 2,000 points for 40 euros–the dollar redemption choice will no longer be available. You may use your Le Club Accorhotels points to make reservations on these sites: accorhotels.com, sofitel.com, pullmanhotels.com, mgallery.com, novotel.com, suitenovotel.com, mercure.com, ibishotel.com, ibisstyles.com and adagio.com, as well as via the Accor telephone reservation center.

If you partially pay for your hotel stay with points, the portion of your invoice that you pay with a credit card will not be eligible to earn points but other eligible services like the minibar, meals in the hotel restaurant and hotel spa or beauty treatments will be eligible to earn points. Members may use up to 1,000,000 points per reservation. If you are a no-show for a hotel stay where you used points, you will forfeit your points for the first night’s stay and your points will not be credited back to your account for non-modifiable and non-reimbursable reservations.
