JAL Mileage Bank members can redeem coach international award tickets at www.ar.jal.com and save 20 percent of the required miles. An award ticket from North America to cities in Japan can be redeemed for 40,000 miles (normally 50,000 miles) and a flight between North America and cities such as Bangkok, Delhi and Hanoi is 56,000 miles (normally 70,000 miles); other routes are also eligible for the discount. The award sale runs through Dec. 5, 2007 and only applies to online bookings.

Award tickets within Japan will be available at a 20 percent discount from Nov. 28, 2007 through Feb. 29, 2008 when booking online.
