Small Luxury Hotels of the World launches SLH Club loyalty programme

SLH Club

Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), known for its portfolio of characterful luxury boutique hotels, recently announced a revamped and rebranded loyalty programme, the SLH Club.

Previously, SLH operated a select benefits loyalty programme called INVITED. The new programme is designed to provide an even better experience for loyal fans and underlines SLH’s commitment to personalised luxury.

The new SLH Club

Interested guests can now join the redesigned SLH Club and existing INVITED members will be automatically transferred to the new programme.

The SLH Club is free to join and offers members benefits from their first hotel stay. The redesign is a direct result of feedback from existing INVITED members. Their feedback has resulted in a simplified three-tiered elite structure:

Club 01 is the entry level for stays of 0-3 nights. Members can check in earlier, check out later and receive the preferred Club rate. In addition, SLH has partnered with TreeNation to plant two trees for every room night booked. Complimentary water is also provided in the room.

The Club 02 level can be reached after 4 nights. Members enjoy all the benefits of Club 01 and more: complimentary continental breakfast, room upgrades subject to availability, preferred access to the SLH Bonus Rate available only through the new app and special partner offers.

Members who stay 13 nights or more reach Club 03 and enjoy all the benefits of Club 01 and Club 02 and receive a voucher of up to USD 300 for Reward Night, exclusive events and the chance to win free nights at all SLH hotels.

A new sleek SLH mobile app will follow on 24 October. The new digital tool offers SLH customers a seamless and faster booking process, as well as innovative features such as an integrated route planner. SLH Club members will also have easy access to their loyalty details, a downloadable membership card and the ability to view all their previous bookings.

Richard Hyde, Chief Operating Officer, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, said: “This is just the beginning of the journey with SLH Club – our small but mighty benefits based programme will only get better in 2025, supported by our innovative app and inspirational magazine that will ignite the wanderlust of our loyal fan base.”

Earn Hilton Honors points with SLH stays

If you love staying at SLH hotels, you can enjoy benefits beyond the SLH Club.

In February this year, Hilton announced a new partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Hilton Honors members can now earn and redeem points and enjoy benefits at select hotels in the exclusive SLH portfolio.

During the summer, 390 Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties were bookable through Hilton channels. These include characterful city hotels, luxury resorts in exotic destinations and more.

Special hotels include Hermitage Bay in Antigua and Barbuda, Lanson Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, Baros Maldives, Amilla Maldives and Viceroy Bali.
