British Airways Executive Club has launched a double Avios offer, valid for flights until the end of January, 2023.
Existing bookings do NOT count. To participate in this offer, you must:
- Book your flights by November 20, 2022
- Fly before January 31, 2023
Qualifying flights are:
- a British Airways operated flight – with a BA flight number – in any cabin
- any flight operated by American Airlines, Iberia or Finnair between North America and Europe – with a BA flight number
- a SUN-AIR of Scandinavia flight
No other codeshare or Oneworld alliance flights count.
You will only earn double Avios for your FIRST FOUR British Airways flights.
What is Double Avios?
Assuming that you meet these criteria, you will earn double the BASE Avios. You will NOT earn double any tier or cabin bonuses.
Base Avios are generally:
- 100% of miles flown for flexible Economy (Y, B, H), Premium Economy, Club World and First Class
- 50% of miles flown for semi-flexible Economy (K, L, M, V, S, N)
- 25% of miles flown for discounted Economy (O, Q, G)
At best, therefore, you would earn an extra 100% of miles flown.
Bottom Line
The booking window is very short and pre-existing bookings do not count. Make sure to register nonetheless. If you were thinking about booking some winter flights to/from Europe, this promotion might come in handy…
