The Hilton Honors affiliated Resorts World Las Vegas is opening this weekend – June 25th, 2021. Two of the three brands – Hilton and Conrad – are opening right away, with the LXR hotel to follow on July 12th, 2021.

To celebrate, Hilton Honors is offering 7,500 bonus points per STAY. You simply have to BOOK before July 31st, 2021 and STAY before September 3rd, 2021.

It’s worth remembering that Hilton Honors defines a STAY as one or more consecutive nights at the same hotel. But if you are the travel hacking, hotel hopping type, you could change hotels nightly and receive 7,500 bonus points each time.

This promotion should also apply to award bookings. And again it’s worth remembering that Hilton Honors WAIVES resort fees on award bookings. As any Vegas regular knows, resort fees can be quite expensive and are difficult to avoid.

Because of the resort fee waiver, these hotels look like excellent choices for spending your Hilton points. Here’s July at the Hilton branded hotel.

The Bottom Line

If you are familiar with Las Vegas, you’ll know that the Resorts World doesn’t have the best of locations – at the north end of the Strip past the Venetian and Wynn casinos.  Starwood Preferred Guest tried to make a go of it (and failed) a bit further north with its W brand – so we’ll soon see whether Hilton Honors members are more loyal…
