HON Circle elite members and passengers in the first class cabin will now be escorted by a personal assistant through immigration lines and to baggage claim when flying on Lufthansa operated flights and arriving in select Lufthansa destinations worldwide. The personal assistant will also take them to the Lufthansa lounge or to their gate if they have a connecting flight.

Lufthansa has been offering its personal assistance service for HON Circle members regardless of their class of travel for many years. Members need to earn 600,000 miles within two calendar years to receive HON Circle status. The program will be offered at most non-European Lufthansa destinations and first class passengers will now be greeted by a personal assistant.
