Swissotel has launched a new loyalty program to replace Club Swiss Gold. Called Swissotel Circle, the program features three alpine-inspired tiers: Inizia, Eleva and Zenit. After staying five nights, you are at the Inizia level and will get benefits such as personalized room preferences, priority waitlist status, complimentary access to spa and sport facilities as well as Advantage awards, which you may exchange for a free upgrade, free breakfast or free Internet access.

After 20 nights within 12 months, members are welcomed into Eleva status and will receive free breakfast, executive lounge access, free Internet access, 48-hours guaranteed room availability as well as Premier awards, which may be exchanged for complimentary room nights or dinner for two. Eleva membership is subject to renewal every 24 months.

The highest level, Zenit, is achieved after spending 60 nights in two or more Swissotel Hotels & Resorts within one year. Members receive complimentary room upgrades, invitations to Swissotel Circle events, Zenit membership for your spouse, 48-hours guaranteed room availability without blackout dates as well as Zenit awards, which can be exchanged for free weekends in suites.
