Independent hotel group Small Luxury Hotels of the World is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and has revamped its loyalty program, The Club of Small Luxury Hotels, by introducing tiers and new benefits. The program now has three tiers: Special, Loved and Honoured. All guests who join the program will receive Special perks, including complimentary space available room upgrades, exclusive room rates and access to a dedicated reservations line and Club Concierge team. Members who complete one stay will be upgraded to the Loved tier and receive complimentary breakfast for two and late checkout. Loved status is valid for 12 months and can be extended for another year after completing an additional stay. Complete five stays and members will be upgraded to the highest Honoured tier, which comes with a complimentary night and additional free night for every five stays booked at Small Luxury Hotels. Honoured members also receive early check-in and priority status for room upgrades.
