Pakistan International Airlines has recently implemented a new loyalty management system designed by Sabre Airline Solutions, which will enable the airline to improve customer service, reduce operating costs and create a more solid foundation for its Awards +Plus loyalty program.
The system has already allowed Awards +Plus to enable members to perform many functions online, such as enroll, view statements, view activity and change profiles.
PIA will now be able to form partnerships that will allow its members to earn points through both airline and non-airline activities. The carrier will also be offering targeted promotions and a simplified means of re-depositing and reissuing awards.
