Adria Airways, the national airline of Slovenia, has rejuvenated its Privilege Club database, allowing the program to store and more readily access passenger requirements and preferences — from the class of travel, type of meals and seat number to the method of payment for tickets, rental car information and hotel information.
Club members can now check the number of points in their accounts online by entering their membership numbers and passwords. At the same time, they can also add to or change some personal information, such as their telephone number, GSM number or email address. The program now relies more heavily on email to send information about the club and deals offered by Adria Airways, and every two months the Club issues a questionnaire — and yes, you get points for responding.
