SWISS TravelClub is retooling its marketing approach. A recent shift to new customer relationship management software will allow the program to focus in on specific customer groups.
“SWISS is now able to move from standard promotions (untargeted, ‘broadcasting’ type) towards a more individualized and segmented approach according customer profile, profitability and business opportunity (narrowcasting),” said Peter Baumgartner, SWISS General Manager, Relationship Marketing & Marketing Development.
Swiss TravelClub is one of the three programs that grew out of the break up of the larger Qualiflyer program at the end of last year. SN Brussels Privilege and TAP Portugal Navigator round out the trio.
