China Southern has integrated four frequent flyer programs of three airlines under its management: The Blue Sky and Lilac Clubs of China Northern Airlines; the Swan Club of Xinjiang Airlines and China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl Club, into one massive program totalling more than 1.7 million members.

All current members of the Sky Pearl Club can fly any of the three airlines and accrue miles good for free award travel. Through June 1, 2003, China Southern Airlines is launching a major double-award mileage promotion on more than 170 selected routes, (the majority departing from Northeast China) using the flight code CZ.

China Southern Airlines also announced a new relationship between the Sky Pearl Club and Ctrip.com — China’s leading hotel reservation network.

Sky Pearl Club members will earn three miles for every $1.20 USD spent on room charges on stays booked through http://www.ctrip.com.
