Road Tripping

Off on a road trip? Stop at a Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select, Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort or Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort anywhere in the United States this summer and you will get a $10 gas voucher, your kids will eat free and you could win a Chevy.

You can start your trip by printing off the $10 gas certificate directly from the Priority Club Web site. Present the certificate at check in anytime before Sept. 9 and you’ll receive $10 off your next tank of gas. Well, it is a little more complicated than that. You actually have to send the voucher, with original hotel and gas receipts of at least $10, to the address listed on the voucher, then you will receive the refund. A maximum of $30 in gas certificates can be used during the promotion period, so don’t print out more than three. Go to http://www.sixcontinentshotels.com/holiday-inn?_template=rt_offers.html.

Each time you stay at a Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select, Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort or Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort you will also be entered into a drawing for a Chevy. One new Chevy vehicle will be given away each week for 19 weeks. Of course, you don’t actually have to stay at a participating hotel to enter into the drawing. Simply hand print your name, address (including zip code), daytime and evening phone numbers on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope, with first class postage affixed, to: Holiday Inn "Chevy a Week" Summer Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4339, Blair, NE 68009-4339. You will be entered into all drawings subsequent to receipt of your entry. There is a limit of one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted and entries must be received by Sept. 13.

Finally, while on your road trip, your kids will eat free in the dining room if they are 12 or under. They can choose from the Kid’s Menu when accompanied by a family member dining from the regular menu. There is a limit of four kids per dining family. This benefit is not available for room service or with room rates negotiated for groups of 10 or more, travel industry rates or employee rates.
