Hilton has unveiled its planned new openings for the year 2025. In addition to new highlights, these include some new hotels that were originally scheduled to open this year. These include the world’s first Curio Collection by Hilton all-inclusive resort.
However, the highlight of Hilton’s new openings for 2025 is the legendary Waldorf Astoria New York, which will shine in new splendour next year.
Waldorf Astoria New York
For nearly a century, Waldorf Astoria New York has been a fixture of New York City society, earning its place as a beacon of radiance in the cultural capital of the world.
Following a meticulously and thoughtfully-crafted restoration effort led by renowned architects from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the property will retain the scale and beauty of the original Art Deco architecture reimagined with fresh contemporary furnishings that pay homage to the original Waldorf Astoria New York.
The 375-room hotel will feature some of Manhattan’s largest rooms and suites that will embody the spirit of New York. Above the hotel will sit 375 private residences, ranging from studios to four bedrooms, with interiors designed by Jean-Louis Deniot.
Residents will have exclusive access to 50,000 square feet of amenities and an art collection curated by Swiss collector and auctioneer Simon de Pury. Fully furnished residences curated by world-renowned design studio B&B Italia are also available, along with audio visual packages with Bang & Olufsen.
In addition, hotel guests, residents and visitors will have access to a holistic wellness program, including a spa spanning over 30,000 square feet and a state-of-the-art fitness center, unmatched culinary offerings with a standout signature restaurant helmed by acclaimed Chef Michael Anthony, and 43,000 square feet of modernized event space including a striking new opera-inspired Grand Ballroom set to be the crown jewel of New York City’s entertainment scene.
Conrad Hamburg
The opening of Conrad Hamburg will mark the debut of Hilton’s luxury Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Germany. Situated in the heart of Hamburg, this hotel will occupy the historic Levantehaus building on the renowned Mönckebergstraße – one of Europe’s most popular shopping streets that’s home to a number of fashion boutiques and department stores.
Just steps from the city’s key landmarks, attractions, and transport links, the hotel will offer 238 rooms, including 25 spacious suites. Guests will have access to nine meeting rooms, an elegant lounge bar and restaurant, and wellness amenities, including a spa, cutting-edge gym, and a pool.
Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Set to debut in late 2024 as part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton, the 148-room, oceanfront Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will offer guests breathtaking views and top-tier amenities, including two outdoor pools and a pristine beach perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
Guests will enjoy immersive on-property experiences that highlight the authentic culture of Bonaire, a destination renowned for its immaculate diving.

Enviably located north of Punta Cana in the coastal town of Miches and nestled on the secluded, pristine shores of Playa Esmeralda, Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will seamlessly blend sophisticated design with eco-conscious practices, inviting travelers to discover a truly unique all-inclusive experience.
The brand-new 502-room beachfront, all-inclusive resort will welcome travelers to an area known for its pristine beaches, sprawling mountain landscapes and lush natural surroundings.
Zemi Miches is expected to be more than just a place to visit — it’s an immersive expedition into the vibrant heart of Dominican culture. Six restaurants and six bars will tempt palates with exceptional cuisine, from Asian, Taino, Italian and seafood to an all-day buffet, lobby bar, sports bar and more.

Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof
Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof will mark the brand’s debut in South Africa. The hotel is part of a heritage-led project to revitalise the Longkloof precinct which includes shops, office spaces and an attractive public yard that connects to the city via four different access points.
With 154 guest rooms and suites, the hotel is situated in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Cape Town and will feature a café and lobby bar, a fitness centre, retail stores and a meeting room.
Conrad Athens The Ilisian
Opening in Q4 2025, The Ilisian will transform the iconic former Hilton Athens into a premier mixed-use hub.
Marking its debut in Greece, Conrad Athens will feature 280 well-appointed guest rooms and suites each with expansive views of historic Athens, as well as a 400 square meter luxurious mega rooftop suite.
Additionally, 18 hotel residences have been developed as Conrad Residences, as well as 37 private residences as Waldorf Astoria Residences, on the upper floors of the building.
The Ilisian will also house a luxury private members’ club and a variety of culinary and entertainment venues, alongside curated shopping, leisure, and wellness experiences in partnership with acclaimed local and international brands.
A semi-Olympic outdoor pool and a 700 meter long outdoor running track on the mezzanine rooftop will offer additional spots to enjoy sunny Athens. The hotel’s design will preserve and highlight the iconic elements of the building, including the façades designed by renowned artist Yannis Moralis.
Waldorf Astoria Osaka
Waldorf Astoria Osaka will span 12 stories of a 39-story high-rise in the south district of the new Grand Green Osaka urban mixed-use development.
The hotel will feature a total of 252 guest rooms ranging from 50 square meters, and three distinctive restaurants including Peacock Alley, the iconic lounge and bar synonymous with the Waldorf Astoria brand offering guests a delightful destination to unwind at any time of the day.

Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan will mark the city’s second Waldorf Astoria hotel. Located in Shanghai’s brand-new Central Business District – the New Bund area – the hotel will boast panoramic views of the Huangpu River and immerse guests in the tranquility and glamour of China’s commercial capital.
