United Global Services members travelling through Houston (IAH) may find a Mercedes waiting for them to whisk them to their next flight.

Global Services members cannot request the luxury car service in advance and they may or may not receive a Mercedes transfer. But if they do, the Global Services member connecting in Houston will be met on the jet bridge by a customer service representative who will escort them to a Mercedes Benz sedan or SUV that will drive them across the tarmac to the gate for their next flight. The service will only be used if there is a tight flight connection. There are currently only two cars in Houston being used to transport members from gate to gate but more vehicles and airports may be added to the ground transportation program in the future.
