Trump Hotel Collection (THC) has introduced its new guest privileges program. Called TRUMP CARD Privileges Program, the program offers free hotel stays and room upgrades and also “Live the Life” benefits for the most loyal members that allow them to access once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The “Live the Life” benefits might include experiences such as a private dinner prepared by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a round of golf at any of the acclaimed Trump courses around the world or a weekend stay at the spectacular Trump Mar-a-Lago Club.
“Our research shows that people are looking for a highly tailored guest experience,” says Jim Petrus, chief operating officer of Trump Hotel Collection. “They want to know and feel that it’s about them, to be remembered from one visit to the next, and that’s what we’re delivering.”
When you join, you create an online profile of personal preferences, from room location, pillow type and ideal temperature to desired turn-down service time, favorite magazines, favorite snack foods, beverages and more, and you can change your preferences at any time. You can even indicate how often you travel with your dog and the dog’s name.
As a new member, you can receive early check-in and late checkout (based on availability) and a hotel welcome amenity. Upon the third, fifth, 10th and 20th stay at a qualifying rate, you’ll be eligible for an automatic upgrade to a suite for a future THC stay (based on availability). Upon the 10th stay within 12 months, you will receive one complimentary night. Upon the 20th stay within 12 months, you’ll receive two free nights.
