LAN Airlines has teamed up with U.S. Bank to offer a LANPASS Visa card to U.S.-based members. Members can choose from three versions of the card: LANPASS Visa Signature card, LANPASS Visa card and LANPASS Visa Secured card. All cards offer a sign-up bonus of up to 20,000 bonus miles with first use of the card and one mile per $1 spent on all purchases with no cap on the number of miles you can earn. LANPASS Visa Signature cardmembers earn 20,000 bonus miles with first use, 4,000 bonus miles each year you renew the card and double miles on LAN ticket purchases. Plus, Visa Signature cardmembers also receive 25 percent bonus miles on all LAN flights, three one-way upgrade coupons each year and an annual 20 percent discount on the first LAN ticket they purchase each year with their LANPASS Visa. The LANPASS Visa Signature card has a $75 annual fee.

The LANPASS Visa has an annual fee of $45 and fewer benefits. Cardmembers will receive 15,000 bonus miles with first use plus a 2,000-mile renewal bonus each year and a 10 percent discount on LAN airfare once per year.

The LANPASS Visa Secured card has an annual fee of $25 and new cardmembers earn 10,000 bonus miles with first use and a 10 percent discount on LAN airfare once per year. With the secured card, you will need to open a savings account with a minimum opening deposit of $300 and your credit line will equal your deposit.
