InterContinental Ambassador, a paid loyalty program for guests of InterContinental Hotels and resorts, relaunches this month with “a new look, an improved Web site and richer earning opportunities.” Ambassador members will continue to enjoy benefits such as guaranteed room upgrades and 4pm late check-out, and upon joining and renewal, will receive a free weekend night certificate with validity that will now be extended to 12 months. Ambassadors also get Elite status in Priority Club Rewards and can earn and redeem points at all IHG hotels including Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn.

A new benefit for members is the Ambassador Accelerator, a new points bonus where members who stay 15 nights at IHG hotel properties will earn 20,000 bonus Priority Club points.
