Wyndham ByRequest is a unique loyalty program based on personalization where members can choose their welcome snack and beverage, pillow type, newspaper and more. They also have benefits such as late checkout, best room available upon arrival, 500 frequent flyer miles or American Express Membership Rewards.

For the first time, they now have the option to earn points through the TripRewards program where they can spend the points for lodging, airline tickets, resort vacations, movie and theme park tickets and retail or restaurant gift certificates.

Existing ByRequest members will maintain the program benefits they currently receive, but can now earn points based on two levels: a Welcome level and ByRequest level. The Welcome level offers free high-speed Internet access and domestic long-distance calls plus 10 TripRewards points per dollar spent, or 500 airline miles, whichever they prefer.

The ByRequest level of membership is available after your third night stay and members will receive the same amount of TripRewards points or airline miles plus a personalized room, by location, bed and pillow type and a complimentary snack and drink upon arrival. ByRequest level members will also receive personal attention from the ByRequest Manager — a person who is there to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled, personally checks each member’s room, leaves a personal note prior to arrival and calls the member prior to their departure.
