The Starwood Preferred Guest program has now completed the integration of the Le Meridien Moments guest program. We remind members of both programs to look over your next statement to see if the consolidation of points has appeared on your SPG statement. We know from prior mergers that with inactive accounts and different addresses mergers of points and miles can lead to frustrated balances. Take our advice and audit yourself.

Speaking of mergers, this month completes that of the FlightFund and Dividend Miles programs. The amazing thing about this merger is that members of each program who did not have a dual-membership are allowed to keep their current frequent flyer number. It seems that the wizards of both programs had non-competing numbering conventions and so there is no need to re-memorize a new frequent flyer number. As with other advice, please check your next statement for the merged mileage balance. We hear from the inside that less than four percent of members will overlap and we just want to make sure no miles are lost.
