If you’re worried about failing to re-qualify for Amtrak Select status this year, don’t panic — you have until April 1 to earn it.

Silver HHonors VIP status allows you to earn 15-percent more HHonors base points for each stay, and gives you access to the Fast Track to Gold VIP: just stay six times within 90 days of enrollment and get upgraded to Gold VIP Status.
