Simply dine four times before Dec. 31 at any participating Mileage Plus Dining restaurant and pay your bill with the card you registered in the program. You’ll then be entitled to an all-new level of dining rewards that launches on Jan. 1 and lasts the entire year. The new benefit level entitles you to an automatic 25-percent mileage bonus on top of the standard miles paid for every qualified Mileage Plus Dining purchase.
