Executive Travel Magazine has released the results of their 2009 Leading Edge Awards Readers’ Survey. Delta was named the best domestic airline while Singapore Airlines was honored as the best international airline. This is the seventh year that Executive Travel readers have voted for their favorite travel-related companies based on their customer service, products and innovations. Best Frequent Flyer Program/Domestic went to Delta SkyMiles, followed by United Mileage Plus and Continental OnePass; Best FFP/Europe went to British Airways Executive Club; Best FFP/Asia went to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and Best FFP/Africa/Middle East went to Emirates Skywards.
Best Frequent Guest Program/Domestic went to Starwood Preferred Guest followed by Marriott Rewards and Hilton HHonors and the Best Credit Card Rewards Program went to American Express Membership Rewards followed by United Airlines Mileage Plus Visa and Delta SkyMiles from American Express.
