US Airways is offering new Dividend Miles Select benefits to its Premier World MasterCard. Cardholders will now receive a 5,000-mile discount on award tickets on roundtrip or open jaw flights operated by US Airways or US Airways Express. Plus, credit cardholders who pay an annual fee of $51 or more will receive a waiver on the award processing fee. To be eligible for the waiver, cardholders must spend $25,000 in eligible purchases during a calendar year. The waiver is valid for 12 months after the purchase requirement has been met. The waiver only applies to the award processing fee and does not include quick ticketing fees, change and redeposit fees or paper ticketing fees. The Premier World MasterCard has a $79 annual fee and cardholders also receive first class check-in, Zone 2 boarding and an annual $99 companion certificate. Members can earn 25,000 bonus miles with first purchase and up to 10,000 bonus miles with balance transfers. The American AAdvantage Citibank card also offers cardholders a 5,000-mile discount on award tickets but limits redemptions to routes that change quarterly. With Dividend Miles Select, cardholders can use the discount on all eligible US Airways and US Airways Express flights.
