Northwest Airlines has made a number of significant changes to the WorldPerks program in recent months as it gears up to merge with Delta Air Lines SkyMiles. Some of the unpopular changes include the addition of a third award tier and subsequent increase in mileage required on many routes, award redemption and change fees and elimination of waived award change fees for Platinum members. In response to members concerns, WorldPerks has created an email address for members to provide feedback and send their comments, complaints, ideas and suggestions.
