Enterprise Rent-A-Car completed their acquisition of Vanguard Car Rental, which operates National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car. The company plans to operate the car rental companies separately for now, but Enterprise business customers are being offered free membership in National’s Emerald Club frequent renter program. Emerald Club members receive priority service at airports, access to self-service kiosks and an exclusive phone line, among other benefits.
