Northwest Non-Ticket Revenue

Northwest Non-Ticket Revenue

Northwest expects to make $102 million in non-ticket revenue this year, up nearly eight times from the $13 million the airline earned from non-ticket self-service items in 2004, according to the Associated Press. But according to the report, Northwest was skewered on FlyerTalk when the airlines’ elite customers also had to pay for seat changes, and the policy quickly ended. We say, power to the people, right on (that’s coming from us, IF, not the AP).
