Red Lion is gearing up to introduce a new loyalty program. Called Hello Rewards, the program offers personalized experiences at Red Lion hotels including a welcome gift at check-in, special rates of at least a 15 percent discount from the best available rate, personalized recommendations, member-only offers and a free room night on your birthday. You’ll also be recognized with free room nights and other benefits as you continue to book stays at all Red Lion Hotels and Red Lion Inn & Suites, but the program does not offer points. Bottom line: If you were a member of Red Lion’s former loyalty program, Red Lion R&R Club, you’ll automatically be a member of Hello Rewards. Watch for news from Red Lion as the new program unfolds. Red Lion says, “RLHC Hello Rewards will earn guest loyalty by offering surprise and delight moments such as free future stays, tailored promotions and other perks that may include other retail services or benefits that reflect their member preferences.”
