JetBlue TrueBlue members have until the end of this year to get 5,000 bonus points with the new High Five Bonus offer when purchasing and flying three roundtrip flights or six one-way flights on JetBlue. Members don’t have to register, they simply must fly the qualifying flights to get the bonus points.

JetBlue recently ended their Go Big Bonus awards where members earned 500 bonus points upon reaching 3,000 points, 1,000 bonus points upon reaching 6,000 points, 2,000 bonus points at 9,000 points and 4,000 bonus points at 12,000 points. And for every 3,000 points above 12,000 points, members earned an additional 4,000 bonus points.

Bottom line: Although the High Five Bonus does not offer as many potential bonus points as the discontinued Go Big Bonus, it is a more simple concept and members will reach a bigger bonus faster. More members will benefit, but customers who fly the most will not do as well through the new offer.
