FlexPerks cardholders can visit the FlexPerks Visa Promotion Center, enter the details of their unused gift card, and an offer to convert the value of the gift card into FlexPoints will be displayed. If you accept the offer, the FlexPoints will be added to your account within two business days.

Bottom line: United Airlines similarly partnered with Plastic Jungle and introduced the MileagePlus Gift Card Exchange earlier this year.
