Holiday shoppers can earn bonus miles for shopping through the online shopping malls. Plus many malls offer bonuses for spending a minimum amount at participating retailers for a limited time. Alaska Mileage Plan
The Alaska Mileage Plan online shopping mall closed its doors earlier this year and there were rumors that the airline was in negotiations with a new vendor, but it doesn’t look like Mileage Plan members will be able to earn miles for holiday shopping this year. An Alaska Airlines spokesperson explained to milepoint members wanting to know when the new shopping mall would launch that, “It looks like contract discussions were halted indefinitely, but Mileage Plan is actively looking for options. Basically … it’s going to be a while.”
American AAdvantage
Shop with AAdvantage eShopping at http://www.aadvantageeshopping.com and earn up to 1,000 bonus miles when shopping with participating retailers through Dec. 31, 2011. Spend a cumulative amount of $500 with any online merchant and earn 500 miles. Spend a cumulative of $1,000 to earn 1,000 miles.
Choice Privileges Mall

Delta SkyMiles
Delta SkyMiles credit cardmembers can earn up to quintuple miles and 500 bonus miles when spending $150 on Dec. 12. Non-credit cardmembers can earn up to quadruple miles.
