Enroll in On the Go and you’ll receive offers sent to your text-enabled mobile phone up to three times per week. There is no fee to enroll, but you must enroll with an eligible Visa card. The 500 bonus points will post four to six weeks after enrollment and you can only earn the bonus one time.
