The program is offered by invitation only but you must book at least 10 room nights in a calendar year to be considered for the first level, Fivestar, and more than 25 room nights in a calendar year to be considered for the top level, Fivestar Plus. Benefits include dedicated members-only phone number and email, a “hassle-free travel guarantee” for changes and cancellations in reservations, premium price-match guarantee, early access to deals and promotions as well as exclusive deals, a new member welcome gift and up to five additional authorized account users with personalized membership cards. You must opt-in to receive newsletters and promotional offers from hotels.com to receive information about exclusive deals. The Fivestar program is in addition to Hotel.com’s Welcome Rewards program that offers one free night for every 10 nights stayed.
