Until Jan. 15, 2010, Marriott Rewards members will receive an additional 10 to 15 percent point rebate on the already discounted PointSavers award rate. PointSavers are limited-time offers where members can redeem points at up to 33 percent off the regular award rates.
PointSaver Hotels are discounted by one category, so a stay at a Category 5 (46,000 points) would be reduced to a Category 4 (38,000 points) with PointSavers. Through Jan. 15, 2010, basic Marriott Rewards and Silver members will receive an additional point rebate of 10 percent on PointSavers and Gold and Platinum Elite members will receive a 15 percent rebate. Registration is required and the points rebate will be awarded six to eight weeks after the promotion has ended. Members can earn a rebate for multi-stay rooms as long as their Marriott Rewards account is associated with that stay. Visit http://www.MarriottRewards.com/PointSaversPlus or call (801) 468-4000 for more information and to register. PointSavers destinations include Florida, California, Hawaii, the U.K., Egypt, the Caribbean and China and participating brands include Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Marriott Vacation Clubs.
