American Express is offering two new travel perks to AeroplanPlus Platinum cardmembers: access to the new Pearson Priority Lane and a complimentary companion award ticket. Cardmembers and their travel companions flying from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport can skip the crowded security lines and receive expedited service through security by showing their Amex card at the Pearson Priority Lane gate.

AeroplanPlus Platinum cardmembers will also receive one companion award ticket per year. When redeeming 15,000 miles for a ClassicFlight short-haul award in coach class, cardmembers will receive a complimentary partner ticket for the same itinerary.
