JetBlue is Jetting to Green with new environmental initiatives designed to minimize the airline’s environmental impact and give eco-conscious travelers the option to reduce their carbon footprint. Travelers can offset the carbon dioxide emitted by their flight through JetBlue’s new partnership with Carbonfund.org, a nonprofit organization. For an additional $5, you can offset the carbon produced from a flight up to 2,500 miles in distance and for $10, you can offset the emissions from a flight up to 5,500 miles long.
