A new daily nonstop flight on American Airlines will commence May 1 from Chicago to Shannon, Ireland. This service will complement the existing daily Chicago to Dublin flight that began in May 2006.
JetBlue Airways announced a nonstop service between Boston’s Logan International Airport and Cancun, Mexico, effective March 2. In addition, JetBlue will begin a second daily nonstop flight from New York’s JFK to Cancun beginning March 1. Cancun is the low-fare carrier’s third Caribbean destination and 23rd destination in its route system served nonstop from Boston.
British Airways is launching service to Sarajevo and Dresden and resuming service to Calgary and Port of Spain from London, Gatwick.
American Airlines will link Austin with Seattle daily, and Chicago to Birmingham and Mobile from April 10.
