On the heels of an “out-of-nowhere” second-place finish in Freddie Awards voting for Best Award of 2004, Middle East Airlines is re-introducing its 50-percent-off award sale.

Members may book award trips at up to half the usual number of miles to anywhere MEA flies before Dec. 10.

MEA, which had never even been nominated before, placed a respectable second place in international Freddie Award voting last year with a similar promotion.
