Through June 20, Guest Rewards members who redeem any two or three-zone Amtrak reward will receive 20 percent off the published point value. With this discount, a one-way coach seat is available for only 6,000 points and a one-way sleeper seat is available for 18,000 points. Travel must be completed by July 10.

Many will argue there’s no better way to see the country than from the window of a train — and the view is even nicer when you’re saving 20 percent.
