Division, the race to garner the most frequent flyer complaints in January wasn’t even close.
The most recent Air Travel Consumer Report, released in March, indicates that of 17 frequent flyer complaints formally lodged against U.S. carriers in January, Delta took the dubious distinction of earning six. The closest runners up — American, Continental, Northwest and United — only managed two complaints each.
The report does not disclose the precise nature of the complaints, but given the lopsided results … well, can you say “Medallion changes,” boys and girls?
