Alaska Airlines is kicking off its new daily non-stop service from Seattle to Newark by offering double miles to customers — that’s almost 10,000 miles per round trip. The promotion is good for flights from Oct. 28 through the end of the year.

And that’s not all. A month later — Nov. 21 — Alaska kicks off its daily non-stop service from Seattle to sunny South Florida’s Miami with the same deal through Jan. 31. For Pacific Northwest dwellers, this is a very good deal, as two round trips to thaw out in South Beach earns you more than 20,000 miles — enough for a domestic coach saver award.
